Offender: Candidate Applying for Management Position

Details: A candidate who lied about his entire working experience was revealed when Verity Intelligence conducted Employment Checks on the candidate, who was currently holding a Head of Department position, applying for a Management role. Even his ‘current position’ and all other previous working experiences at renowned Malaysian PLCs and GLCs were falsified. Pay slips and other supporting documents provided were also forged. Having conducted the whole spectrum of checks on the candidate, Verity Intelligence discovered his working experiences through Industrial Court searches, where each and every one of the companies the candidate worked with, has lodged an industrial court case against him. The candidate currently has 5 industrial court cases against him and is still out there trying his luck with companies who do not verify their candidates.
