Verity Intelligence may use other companies to assist with some of the functions on the Site, such as payments, deliveries, marketing etc. These companies may have access to some of your personal data to perform their job.

Third-party vendors with access to data from this site will have limited and restricted use.

Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Any personal data that is processed by any third party will be processed strictly within the terms of this Policy and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verity Intelligence from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses or damages which may arise out of or resulting from your negligent or fraudulent act or omission in providing the Document to us.

PLATFORM: Without limiting the foregoing, Verity Intelligence does not warrant that the Platform and/or the Services or the functions contained therein will be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete or error-free, that defects, if any, will be corrected, or that this Platform and/or the server that makes the same available are free of viruses, clocks, timers, counters, worms, software locks, drop dead devices, trojan-horses, routings, trap doors, time bombs or any other harmful codes, instructions, programs or components.

Verity Intelligence and all of its respective officers, employees, directors, agents, contractors and assigns shall not be liable to you for any losses whatsoever or howsoever caused (regardless of the form of action) arising directly or indirectly in connection with:
(a) any access, use and/or inability to use the Platform or the Services;
(b) reliance on any data or information made available through the Platform and/or through the Services. You should not act on such data or information without first independently verifying its contents;
(c) any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, computer virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent program or macros; and
(d) any use of or access to any other website or webpage linked to the Platform, even if we or our officers or agents or employees may have been advised of, or otherwise might have anticipated, the possibility of the same.

Any risk of misunderstanding, error, damage, expense or losses resulting from the use of the Platform and/or Services is entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable therefore.

REPORTS: The reports provided by Verity Intelligence are prepared in good faith on the basis of and/or reliance on information, statements, representations and opinions provided and available to us at the date of publication. Verity Intelligence has used all reasonable means to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information, statements, representations and opinions that were made available or provided to us.

The reports are prepared and provided solely for your own reference and internal use and as such may not be used for any other purpose without Verity Intelligence’s written consent. Verity Intelligence Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any damages, loss, expenses or costs incurred as a result of and/or arising out of the use of the reports or any of the information contained therein by any person. Readers are responsible for assessing the accuracy and relevance of the content of the report.

CONSENT: Verity Intelligence does not have control over and does not guarantee the truth, genuineness and/or accuracy of the Consent. In no event shall Verity Intelligence be liable for any direct or indirect losses, claims or damages suffered by any person whatsoever and howsoever arising or resulting from a fraudulent, forged and/or inaccurate Consent or any dispute arising therefrom.

There will be no refund of any purchased, unutilized, or expired credits.
